My name is Jacob and I founded SwyfTech (pronounced swift tech) in 2023 after finding a love working in IT. I've played with computers most of my life but never thought I might be able to turn it into a business. I wanted to offer a simple, honest, and reliable way to get tech help without the frustration or upselling that usually comes with it.

My original vision was to help local businesses with their IT after working with several small businesses in the area that don't have a dedicated IT department. But I didn't want to leave out everyone else that just needs general computer help, so I offer services for you, too!

What sets me apart is my personal approach. When you reach out to SwyfTech, you’re talking directly to me — not a call center or ticketing system. I take pride in being responsive, transparent, and always focused on solving your problem the right way.
